Payment Processes
* Full Pre-payment: Complete payment for services is required at least 48 hours prior to the commencement of the scheduled service.
* Booking Confirmation: All reservations must be formally confirmed through email, WhatsApp, or SMS to be considered valid.
* Rate Adjustments: Quoted rates are dynamic and subject to change due to fuel price fluctuations or statutory increases without prior warning.
* Volume-Based Pricing: For select signature tours, rates may vary based on the number of people in the booking party (e.g., 1 person vs. 3+ people).
Policy, Terms and Conditions
Kgokare Tours operates under a strict set of professional guidelines to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all clients. By booking with us, clients agree to the following terms:
Cancellation and Refunds
Our cancellation policy is designed to manage high-demand resources effectively. A 50% cancellation fee is applicable if a booking is cancelled 72 hours before the tour begins. However, for cancellations made within 48 hours of the service commencement, a 100% cancellation fee will apply, and no refunds will be issued.
Service Inclusions and Exclusions
Unless otherwise specified in the individual package description, our rates typically include professional transport, entrance fees to attractions, and meals only where explicitly stated as "included". Our rates specifically exclude accommodation and general meals (lunch and dinner) unless they are part of a specialized full-day package.
Operational Guidelines
* Passenger Minimums: Most day tour rates are based on a minimum requirement of 2 passengers (pax).
* Emergency Contact: We maintain a 24-hour emergency number (+27 84 701 3654) to assist clients at any time during their journey.
* Rate Subjectivity: All prices are subject to change. While we strive to maintain consistency, external factors like government levies or fuel costs may influence final pricing.
* Customization: While we offer a standard list of KGT-coded packages (KGT01 through KGT20), additional custom day tours can be quoted upon specific request to meet unique client needs.
